The protection of the traveler has always been one of the central elements that distinguishes Sailsquare and, during the worst months of the pandemic emergency, that have made many experiences impossible, we felt even more obliged to be respectful towards those who could no longer make a holiday, arranging full reimbursements relating to all the experiences that are no longer feasible. Full refund means the payment of the amount paid to the user and not the issue of a simple voucher.

In the last months thousands of people have booked the perfect sailing holiday for them, also thanks to the maximum flexibility that the new Policies guarantee on cancellation, reimbursement and payments in tranches.

We realised it was necessary to change our Policies following the Coronavirus health emergency. These are summarised here.
Refund for experiences no longer doable
If you cannot reach the embarkation point following provisions issued by the authorities of your country, or the country of the embarkation point of the booked holiday, you can request the cancellation of your reservation and receive a full refund of the amount paid, without any penalty, even if the holiday is already confirmed.
Flexibility of cancellation
For experiences booked between the 8th of December and the 28 of February 2020, with departure by the 31tst of August 2021, you can cancel your reservation within 30 days before departure and receive a full refund of the amount paid, without any penalty, even if the holiday is already confirmed.
If you book an experience more than 45 days from its departure date and for an amount of at least 500 euros, you can choose to pay a deposit of 30% of the fee and pay the balance within 30 days of the departure date.
